SexiMei was born from a deeply personal place. As the founder and CEO, Tekia Powell created this brand with one powerful intention: to make women feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident during one of the most vulnerable times of their lives — post-op recovery.

After experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to find clothing that is both functional and flattering after surgery, Tekia set out to fill a gap that the fashion industry had long overlooked. She envisioned a brand where style never had to be sacrificed for comfort — where a woman healing from a procedure could still look and feel like herself.
