SexiMei Return & Exchange Policy

At SexiMei, we are committed to providing high-quality post-op garments designed with your comfort and recovery in mind. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have established the following return policy to protect the health and safety of all customers.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, post-op bras and intimate garments are eligible for return only if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or alterations

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing can be challenging during recovery. If you need a different size, we gladly offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be attached

  • The exchange request must be approved before the item is returned

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or washed garments

  • Items with removed tags

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged through normal wear or improper care

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The return is due to a fulfillment error by SexiMei

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SexiMei cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
